- User Accounts
- Users and practitioners may need to create accounts to access certain features.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate and current information during registration.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- Practitioner & Business Listings
- Practitioners and businesses are responsible for the accuracy of their listings.
- You agree not to submit false, misleading, or offensive content.
- We reserve the right to reject, remove, or suspend listings at our discretion.
- Subscription fees are due in advance; non-payment may result in suspension or removal.
- Payments & Refunds
- Payments for listings, featured placements, or services are processed via third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal).
- Subscription fees are recurring unless canceled.
- Refunds are not guaranteed, except as required by law.
- Content & Intellectual Property
- All website content, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned or licensed by GutMed
- Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without permission.
- Practitioners retain rights to their profiles and contributed blog content but grant GutMed a license to display it.
- User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Post false, defamatory, offensive, or illegal content.
- Harass, threaten, or impersonate others.
- Interfere with website operations, security, or analytics.
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract data without permission.
- Reviews & Ratings
- User reviews are opinions and do not reflect the views of GutMed.
- We do not verify the accuracy of reviews but may remove content violating these Terms.
- Limitation of Liability
- GutMed is not responsible for medical decisions made based on information found on the site.
- We provide the site “as is” without warranties of any kind.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or listings.
